Pricing & Payment

Prices are in Australian Dollars AUD. All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you with the correct pricing before proceeding. This ensures we can protect against losses or unintentional below-cost pricing. If you notice a pricing discrepancy on our website, please reach out to us. We also reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for any reason. 

Payment must be made in full before shipment, unless otherwise agreed. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and direct deposit. 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Deliveries will be made by our preferred postage or courier provider. Delivery can be made to all areas within Australia with an estimated delivery time from 2 to 14 working days depending on delivery location however, further delays may be experienced due to higher demand periods. FAAE takes no responsibility for any delivery delays that may occur.

FAAE has a shipping fee of $15.00-$25.00 including GST per order/item subject to confirmation at the time of check-out. FAAE reserves the right to review shipping charges for large items, multiple purchases, regional postage or particularly heavy orders.

*Free Shipping promotion is offered on Defibrillator Bundles only and is applicable to major metro areas and selected regional postcodes only.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you find that your goods are damaged in transit or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can assess the situation and assist accordingly. 

Due to strict hygiene measures, we cannot accept returns on our range of medical devices and first aid products.

Unfortunately, we don’t provide refunds, exchange or credit for change of mind.
